Shipping Policy
Due to the nature of our hair care products, please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order. Processing includes making your products, labeling them, printing labels and packaging products. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days after processing. Once your order is shipped, JSLAY Products is no longer responsible or liable. JSLAY Products is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not for carrier errors, or incorrect shipping information. If your shipping information was filled out incorrectly, please email us immediately.

All packages are shipped via USPS. To resolve any shipment tracking issues, contact USPS directly from your tracking page.
Refund Policy
